At Elite Body Essentials, we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation Policy

All of us at Elite Body Essentials know that you have a busy life, and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you need to cancel your appointment. We will always be as flexible as we can in accommodating this. However, due to high demands for appointments, the following policy applies.

 

  1. A credit card will be required to hold any scheduled appointment.
  2. We require a 24-hour notice of change or cancelation for all services. A fee of $25 per half hour of the original appointment will be applied at the discretion of your stylist for cancellations within these time periods.
  3. All no-show clients or same-day cancelations of appointments will incur a fee of $50 per half hour of the booked appointment. For example, a two-hour color will incur a fee of $200.
  4. Booked services cannot be canceled upon arrival of appointment, and cannot be swapped out with another client within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
  5. All clients are sent a confirmation SMS and/or Email 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. They are also sent a reminder 24 hours prior to the same appointment. This is an automated system, and it can only receive ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ responses. We are unable to receive voice calls or other messages on this number. To enroll in this system, please contact any of our great staff members to receive the opt-in text message. If you ‘opt-out’ of reminder and confirmation text messages, you are responsible for remembering and attending your designated appointment.

 

We feel it is only fair that our team honors the same policies to our clients. If the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, we will honor deducting 50% off on your next service.

 

Please note: If the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as power outage, weather, covid, unfortunate incidence/accidents, etc… that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment, the discount of 50% will not apply.

Refund & Return Policy On Retail Products

We stand by everything we sell here at Elite Body Essentials, and we never like to hear about your overflowing product graveyard. That’s why if you do not love anything purchased here, we are happy to accept returns on retail products that are gently used and unaltered within 30 days of purchase. Any return needs to have been purchased under your client account and can be exchanged for an equal or lesser value replacement or added to a gift card at salon discretion
